How do I create an account?

Click Register and fill in your first name, email, mobile number, and password. You can then log in using your mobile number and password.

What is Full Text Search?

Full Text Search looks through the entire judgement content as well as case metadata (parties, court, summary) to find matches for your search terms.

What is Headnote Search?

Headnote Search searches only within the summary/headnote of each judgement, which is useful when you want to find cases by topic or legal principle.

How does Citation Search work?

Select a Publisher first, then Year, and optionally Page number. The dropdowns are cascading—each selection filters the next.

Can I download judgements without logging in?

Some judgements may be available for free viewing via the Free Judgement link. For full access and PDF download, registration and login are required.
